WE INVITE A PROJECT MANAGER OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR WORK WITH PARTNERS

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Full higher education (economics, finance and banking);
• work experience in the field of sales of credit/insurance products and/or in a structural unit working with partners;
• skills in analyzing the market of competitors and potential partners;
• experience in attracting and developing a partner network, leading negotiations;
• experience in supporting partners and managing joint projects;
• proficiency in MS Office at a confident level: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook;
• experience in working with reporting and presentations;
• focus and initiative;
• ability to make decisions independently.

THIS WILL ADVANTAGE:

• experience working in the ABS B2 banking program;

MAIN DUTIES:

• search for potential partners of the Bank and support and development of cooperation with existing partners of the Bank;
• implementation of key performance indicators of POS lending (issuance of loans at partners’ retail outlets) and White Lable (issuance of loans at branches of other banks);
• analysis of sales results by the Bank's partners;
• analysis of the competitive environment and effectiveness of sales of the Bank's products through partners.
