Your key tasks:
- < li>Development and implementation of projects in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR), which include environmental, social, charitable initiatives;
- Management of the full cycle of the project: from concept, planning and budget to implementation, monitoring and evaluation of results;
- Ensuring effective communication support for the project;
- Creating reporting on project results, including impact analysis and efficiency;
- Participation in the implementation of the company's social responsibility strategy and its integration into business processes;
- Interaction with stakeholders to promote projects.
It will be great for us to work together if you:
- You have experience in developing and implementing social, environmental or charity projects;
- You have knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.);
- You have experience working with CRM systems and project management tools (Trello, MS Project, etc.);
- You have analytical skills;
- You have the skills to analyze data and prepare reports;
- You are able to assess the social or environmental impact of projects.;
- You have experience working with large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel (formulas, summary tables);
- You have communication and presentation skills;
- You have experience creating presentations (MS PowerPoint, Canva);
- You have business correspondence skills;
- You have knowledge of standardsCSR;
- You have knowledge of global standards and indices in the field of CSR (GRI, SDGs, ISO 26000);
- You have an understanding of the key principles of sustainable development.
