Higher professional education

Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position (preference is given to specialists in the energy industry).< /p>

Experience in negotiating with contractors, drawing up and agreeing technical terms of reference, control of work execution.

Perfect knowledge of construction processes and norms, sequence of construction works;

Ability to accept decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result;

Knowledge of the English language at a level of at least B1

Responsibilities:

Management of development projects at all stages of its implementation

Conducting negotiations and establishing relations with the contractor;

Managing the development of project documentation;

Participating in tenders;
