Project manager of the competition center of the National Center "MANU" in MALA AKADEMIYa NAUK UKRAYiNI

The National Center "Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" is looking for an initiative and responsible project manager who will join the team of the competition center and help develop all-Ukrainian competitions, organize national competitions and hold large-scale events for talented young people.

What needs to be done:

• planning, organization and coordination of competitions and competitive projects of the National Center "MANU";
• preparation and development of regulatory documents, technical tasks, informational materials;
• interaction with regional coordinators, jury, experts and participants; control of deadlines, communications and high-quality implementation of processes at all stages;
• administration of competition platforms, forms, questionnaires, internal chats;
• work with documents: letters, orders, reports, final materials;
• participation in team formation, training of secretaries and moderators;
• monitoring of the progress of the competition, solving organizational issues in real life

Our expectations:

• experience in the field of management, project activities, education or organization of events (will be an advantage);
• ability to work with Google Workspace (Documents, Sheets, Forms, Drive) and online tools;
• high level of responsibility, self-organization, communication;
• ability to quickly make decisions and work in an intensive mode;
• communication, literacy, skills in conducting business correspondence; desire to work with young people, attention to detail.
