Project Manager of the Bank's Project OfficeFunctional responsibilities: Coordination and participation in the implementation of projects, including construction of necessary models, algorithms, prototypes of processes, including, but not exclusively, at the level of IT systems, planning of the composition of project teams and necessary resources, primary analysis of the P&L of the project; Control of priority and execution of plans within the framework of project support, including h., but not exclusively, control over the effective management of resources within the project; Coordination and management of the development team (planning, allocation of tasks, implementation control, experience in the preparation of release notes - welcome), subject to the implementation of projects with an IT component; Coordination of business preparation requirements/technical tasks for the purpose of introducing new and modifying existing processes and products, including interaction with the customer and setting tasks for the development of the IT vertical and/or external contractors, subject to their participation in the project; Coordination of development (quality control of execution) and coordination of testing (recommendations on the elimination of coding errors) within the framework of the implementation / modification of products or processes; Participation and providing recommendations within the framework of building a methodological support system, developing and improving technical documentation for the implementation of products and processes. Requirements for candidates: Basic requirements: Higher education, preferably "Information technologies" / "Computer science" / "Applied mathematics"; Experience at least 1 year of work in project management (work in IT projects as a business or system analyst or project manager is an additional advantage); Experience in working with artifacts of flexible project management methodology (implementation of changes) – Scrum (including LeSS)/ DSDM Understanding of banking processes, products and technologies; Possession of a military ticket or temporary military service card (for men). Additional competitive advantages: Presence of experience in the implementation of mobile applications, web applications and/or CRM systems is welcome. Presence of practical experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing customer or business requirements - users, as well as writing, agreeing and managing the life cycle of technical documentation; Understanding of the basic principles of building relational/non-relational databases, knowledge of SQL; Basic understanding/experience of working with web applications (REST(JSON)/ SOAP(XML)). Basic skills regarding release management: preparation/consolidation and installation on a test/prod environment; Competencies regarding functional, integration and regression testing; Skills in: - designing architectural solutions and user interfaces; - development of specifications for web service interfaces and procedures for ABS SR/ B2.
