About Rescue Now Fund - A fund with a modern start-up spirit that saved more than 300,000 people during the war in Ukraine. We are a team of business and technology professionals working at the intersection of innovation and creativity. Our goal is to help the civilian population of Ukraine, which holds the rear, supports the army and inspires the return of our lands. Due to rapid growth and obtaining non-profit status in the USA, we are expanding our team.

What to do:

• Your task will be to develop and launch a project to support social entrepreneurship in Ukraine

• Manage social entrepreneurship projects, including planning, coordination and monitoring.

• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop and implement programs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of projects and report on the results.

• Conducting market research and community needs analysis.

  
  

About you:

• You have experience in social entrepreneurship or related fields.

• You have at least 2 years of project and team management experience.

• You are a master of organization and planning.

• You think quickly, adapt quickly and know how to introduce changes.

• You have the skills to effectively manage people, processes, and budgets.

• You feel inspired by the thought of improving the world.

• You know how to work to deadlines and always meet deadlines.

• Prompt communication is important to you and you are always ready to answer.

• You are an excellent communicator and easily find a common language with different people.
