What we will entrust you with:

• Responsible for the planning, organization and control of project work from the moment of initiation to completion.
• Form the project plan, which includes (calendar work schedule, budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan and stakeholder management plan). for conflict management in projects with the aim of improving interaction between both project stakeholders.
• Responsible for and control the development, maintenance, updating and storage of project documentation, budget, resource plan and project schedule in information systems.

• Manage communications with internal project stakeholders, subcontractors, conclude contracts on behalf of the company, monitor compliance with contractual requirements.
• Responsible for risk management and making changes in the project program implementation process.

• Provide information about projects within the scope of responsibility.
• Responsible for the development and motivation of the project team within the framework of the program (optional).

We are happy to invite you to an interview if you:

• You have 2 years of IT project management experience
• Experience in implementing one of the ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Web\Mob products class systems (at least 2 successful implementations of different systems )
• Knowledge of retail, B2B and B2C systems and trends
• Skills in organizing tenders, negotiating and contracting with subcontractors Team management experience (>20 FTE)
• Knowledge of approaches to estimating project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Experience in risk management and project change management process organization
• Experience in project conflict management
• Skills and practical application Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies are usedinvolvement in projects
• Experience in maintaining project documentation in the project management information system
• Proficiency in English
