Requirements for the candidate:

• Resolutions, orders, orders, methodical, normative and other management materials on capital construction, which are decisive for the activity of the district;

• Organization and technology of construction production, which are decisive for the activity of the site;
• Construction norms and rules, technical conditions of execution and acceptance of construction and assembly;
• Production norms and prices ;
• The system of engineering training for construction production;
• The order of relationships with customers and subcontracting organizations;
• Fundamentals of labor organization and management;
• Knowledge 1C

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and organization of construction works at civil construction sites;
• Development of work schedules for the project, together with the start. areas And control over their implementation;
• Creation of the Budget by project and month;
• Creation of a management estimate;
• Daily reporting on completed works;
• li>Participation in a tender opportunity (preliminary survey of areas for repair);
• Control over obtaining permits;
• Organization of material and technical support for the project;
• Optimization of production of the process (making long-term decisions to reduce downtime and increase the productivity of equipment and mechanisms);
• Participate in the delivery of volumes to the customer;
• Control of the obligations of the subcontractor according to the contract;

• Participation in the conclusion of a contract with subcontractors (specification);
• Control of compliance of the management estimate with the fact of execution;; Submission of scope of work for an estimate engineer.
