Project manager of internal projects (production) in Promavtomatika Vinnicya

Today we have production and central office in Vinnytsia, branches in Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv. Our network of stores is represented in three regions of Ukraine, and we continue the process of growth and scaling. 
We specialize in:
— development and production of electrical equipment; 
— sales of the electrotechnical group of goods in B2B and B2C formats; 
— a full range of electrical installation works, design and installation of solar power plants, automation of production lines and processes.

Our team is more than 600 experts in their field and like-minded people who are united by one goal and values. 
We are expanding the project office team, so we are looking for a Project Manager for projects related to the development and improvement of our products. 

What we expect from you:

• Experience in project management in production and in R&D teams related to development, testing, launch into serial production of products.
• Understanding the full cycle of development of electrical products (R&D, prototyping, serial production).
• Experience in managing teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles using methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).
• Ability to work with management documentation and reporting.
• Analytical thinking, conflict resolution skills, responsibility and self-organization.

Tasks that we entrust:

• Full life cycle management of product development and improvement projects (from idea to launch into production and sale).
• Formation and coordination of cross-functional teams (engineers, technologists, marketing, production, procurement, sales).
• Organization of project document flow and provision of full documentary support: technical, managerial, financial.
• Maintenance of reporting and analytics on current and implemented projects: plan/fact on tasks, budget, profitability.
• Conducting regular meetings: stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives.

• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality at all stages of the project.

• Monitoring the execution of stages R&D.
