Project manager of internal audit methodology, planning and development in Ukrayinska oboronna promislovist

JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry" unites more than 60 participating enterprises of the defense industry, which employ about 55,000 employees. 

Responsibilities

• Methodological support for the construction of the internal audit function at the Company's enterprises;
• Implementation of internal methodological documents of internal audit in accordance with the requirements of Global Internal Audit Standards;
• Updating and updating of internal documents;
• Development of a methodological and regulatory framework that ensures internal audit activities;
• Organization of annual risk-oriented planning of internal audit
• Conducting training, providing explanations and consultations within the internal audit function regarding the implementation and use of methodological documents of internal audit;
• Control of the development and implementation of the internal audit quality assurance and improvement program, contributes to the practical implementation of this program in accordance with the requirements of the Internal Audit Department;
• Participation in internal audits as the head of the audit team or member of the audit team, distributes responsibilities among employees who are part of the audit team and coordinates their work;

Requirements

• Full higher education (master's degree, specialist) in law or economics;
• Experience of 3 (three) years in the field of internal audit or internal control;
• Basic knowledge of the main provisions of the International Professional Practice of Internal Audit;
• Professional command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• ability to analyze and systematize information
• high communication skills, experience in negotiations, interviews
