Measure all indicators that affect the launch of the project. Protect the development budget. Monitor all indicators and fill out the necessary reports. Run A/B tests to improve certain metrics. your motivation will be built around how successful the launch is. What qualities you can't do without: Ability to immerse yourself in details.
