QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Necessary: ​​Higher education (economics/finance/marketing/management) Experience as a project manager of 2 years or more in the development, launch, analysis of the effectiveness of client CRM - campaigns. Experience in building and developing processes and client campaigns, sales funnels and attracting clients. in the work of the client's life cycle. Desirable: Understanding of Agile principles and approaches. Skills in the development of marketing materials, PPC/SMM, SQL courses. Your ROLE: Development of CRM - campaigns: development of predictive, proactive and reactive scenarios of communication with customers; construction of a multi-level and extensive scenario of training the client to the bank's products; synchronization of campaigns within the framework of the communication calendar. Management of CRM - campaigns: construction of a financial model and efficiency; definition of clear success parameters; control and adjustment of current activities. Analysis of client portfolio: development of reporting formats; identifying trends in customer behavior; segmentation of the client portfolio. Marketing and promotion: the use of client experience tools in the work.
