Project manager of control and improvement of the level of approval of card transactions (approval rate) in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• In the role of a manager (project manager), be responsible for the control process and improvement of the level of card transaction approval (approval rate)
• Level monitoring approving transactions, setting escalation, determining the reasons for the deviation of indicators, ideas for eliminating the causes and their implementation
• Proposals for improving existing services and analysis of existing solutions on the market
• Study of documentation of new services, analysis of feasibility of their implementation
• Presentation of services or individual components (demo versions, prototypes)
• Preparation of business requirements description (user stories)
• Creation of service launch plans , the order of tasks (backlog) and control of deadlines
• Designing the logic of business processes: preparing the interaction scheme of various complexes or IT systems of the upper level, etc.
• Initiating technical tasks (ordering IT changes )
• Control of the development process and testing of revisions after their implementation
• Monitoring of indicators of running services: determination of reasons for deviation of indicators and ideas for elimination
• Creation, maintenance and revision of dashboards
• Tracking and providing management with information on the status of the service and deadlines for completing tasks
• Setting up and launching communications with Bank clients
• Development of internal documentation, instructions and recommendations for employees and for customers
• Where appropriate, designing customer screens and the customer journey in the role of the customer, conducting customer research and testing prototypes in the role of the customer

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of proven experience in launching and/or supporting projects/processes related to card transactions
• 2+ years of experience work in the banking, fintech sphere or similar payment spheres
• Knowledge of basic banking operations, services for retail customers, the principle of their operation
• Knowledge of structured queries for writing SQL code will be an advantage (if lack of knowledge, willingness to learn in the future)
• Skills in writing business requirements for setting a goalhours, instructions
• Project/process management skills (user stories, business requirements, MVP, roadmap, backlog, etc.)
• Ability to create presentations
• Ability to structure and analyze information and present it in a simple and comprehensible form
• Ability to listen, express your thoughts clearly
• Ability to work in a team, be a team player
• Ability to argue and advocate own point of view
• Ability to plan own working hours (time management)
• Ability to find new opportunities for service/product development, proactively approach tasks
