Requirements and Responsibilities: At every stage you will be accompanied and trained! Work with drawings (skill read and understand). Management and control of the facility: calculation of translucent structures (in specialized programs that we teach) and building material according to the technical specifications from the Customer. Calculation of the volume of production and installation work (we teach). including commercial proposals (we teach). Communication and processing of technical tasks with designers and coordination with them in the preparation of a set of project documents for production and customers. Control of the volume of costs and revenues for the object, work and interaction with the financial department in drawing up financial maps of contracts. Controlling the execution of tasks by the structural departments of the company and providing the team with all the necessary material resources for production activities (assistance of the supply department in the formation of technical specifications for suppliers of materials and components). Participation in the acceptance and delivery of the construction object to the customer and the preparation of relevant acts, etc. The ability to confidently use a PC, Autodesk Autocad software complex, MS Office, Google Docs. The presence of a higher/unfinished higher education in the specialty of construction and civil engineering (the metal department will be a priority). Working conditions: Full-time employment, Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. :00, Sat 9:00 — 18:00 (adjusted). Sometimes you have to work a little harder. But we love our work, so we work with pleasure.
