Roles of the manager: operational management within the project; planning, coordination and control of the implementation of the project within the defined tasks; timely identification of project risks and their management, including changes scope, time delays and budget overruns, as well as the prompt application of measures to mitigate these risks; monitoring compliance with the terms of project contracts; team motivation and development, ensuring effective communication; coordinating the cooperation of the project parties with the aim of ensuring compliance with the expected project results, communication with adjacent departments ( communication department, partnership department, etc.) Qualities and experience that we expect from the candidate(s): 2 years of experience in project management (experience in non-profit organizations will be an advantage); experience in managing and coordinating a team in various directions; experience in international projects will be an additional advantage; the level of knowledge of English — from upper intermediate; skills in external communications to present the project to a wide audience of the Central Asian region; excellent negotiation, organizational, analytical and problem-oriented skills, the ability to structure information; sociability, responsibility and initiative, a high level of self-organization, readiness for non-standard situations, attention to details.
