We are the team of the "Victory and Restoration" Charitable Organization. Our goal is to help the Ukrainian military, as well as Ukrainians who suffered as a result of Russian aggression. We are currently looking for a volunteer for the position of project manager "Restoring business in conditions of war, for veterans and IDPs" (it is possible to create a suitable business club or business association for veterans and IDPs ), who has experience and is ready to devote 2 hours a day to volunteering. But please note that from time to time meetings are held at the organization's premises in Osokorki, so we need a person who has the opportunity to be present. What do we need help with? Development of a strategic implementation program of the project and its implementation. Creation of a team for the implementation of the project. Clear setting of tasks necessary for the implementation of the project and their implementation. Monitoring and search for potential sponsors and partners for the organization of the project. Creation of social networks and a website for the project. Contact with representatives of SMM management, copywriters, etc. Cooperation with representatives of the volunteer community in the organization and promotion of the project. An excellent candidate if you have: High communication skills. High written and fluent Ukrainian language skills. Experience in community activities is welcome. The ability to analyze the situation, choose the best positions for projects and organizations, and convey them to potential sponsors and partners. High level responsibility, willingness to work in stressful situations. Experience in social networks, the ability to quickly find information, etc. Willingness to implement the project despite any difficulties and strive to help Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens.
