Organization of smooth operation of the unit. Management of administrative personnel at the facilities (7 administrators + service workers). Organization and quality control of execution work according to service contracts. Organization and control of the Company's employees' implementation of corporate standards. Maintenance of accompanying documentation. Requirements: Experience in personnel management of production or service enterprises, preferably with a staff of 50 or more subordinates. Ability to work in multitasking conditions. Business orientation, leadership qualities, high organizational skills, diplomacy. Confident PC user. Mobility, readiness to work in an active mode.
