Project manager (object manager) on the left bank

Responsibilities:

• Operational management of business processes related to provision of cleaning services.
• Organization of uninterrupted operation of the unit.
• Management of administrative staff at facilities (4 administrators + service workers).
• Organization and control of performance quality works according to service contracts.
• Organization and control of the implementation of the Company's corporate standards by employees.
• Maintenance of related documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in personnel management of manufacturing or service enterprises, preferably with a staff of 50 or more subordinates.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Business orientation , leadership qualities, high organizational skills, diplomacy.
• Confident PC user.
• Mobility, readiness to work in active mode.
