Project manager (non IT) at Kyivstar in Kiyivstar

We are looking for a professional for the position - " Project and program management specialist in the field of intangible production ".

General purpose of the position:

Development and implementation of projects for the development of the main network and strategic projects of the Company. Development of technological project documentation (working projects) for the construction of new nodes of the main network in accordance with the Company's development plans.

Main functional duties:

1.     Develops and organizes the implementation of a set of necessary actions, activities and works on the main network to support and implement new projects, functionalities, services, key initiatives and strategic projects of the Company.

2.     Develops project plans, including definition of goals, tasks, deadlines, resources, team composition necessary for its implementation.

3.     Forms project teams, including assignment of roles and tasks of each participant. Ensures effective communication between team members.

4.     Manages relations with customers, internal and external clients, other interested parties.

5.     Develops basic project solutions for new nodes in terms of general principles of network construction and integration of new nodes into the Company's telecommunications network.

Requirements for candidates:

1.     Higher technical education.

2.     Knowledge of building telecommunication networks.

3.     Experience in the field of development of project documentation for the construction of telecommunication networks.

4.     Experience in independent project/team management.

5.     Microsoft Windows/Office - confident user.

6.     Ukrainian, English - conversational, fluent technical vocabulary.
