Requirements:

• Work experience in the role of a project manager from 2 years
• Preferred experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Understanding of the specifics of eSports and streaming technologies < /li>
• Proficiency in English (not lower than B2)
• High communication and organizational skills
• Assertiveness - the ability of a person not to depend on external influences and assessments, to independently regulate his own behavior and be responsible for it
• Ability to work under conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines, ability to defend the interests of the project
• Risk management skills
• Higher education

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of eSports broadcast projects
• Project team management, including technical specialists, commentators and analysts
• Development and monitoring of project schedules
• Interaction with tournament organizers, partners and contractors
• Risk management and resolution of emerging issues
• Project budgeting
• Control of the quality of broadcasts and compliance with technical requirements
• Analysis of project effectiveness and preparation of reports
• Optimization of processes to improve the quality of broadcasts

It will be a plus:

• if you play CS2 and Dota2 or any other computer games 😊
• have experience working with live broadcasts
• have experience organizing events 🤞
