Project Manager (non IT) in Maincast

Requirements:

• Experience in the role of a project manager from 2 years
• Desirable experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Understanding the specifics of eSports and streaming technologies
• Proficiency in English (not below B2)
• High communication and organizational skills
• Assertiveness is a person's ability not to depend on external influences and assessments, to independently regulate one's own behavior and to be responsible for it
• Ability to work under conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines, ability to defend the interests of the project
• Risk Management Skills
• Higher education

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of eSports broadcast projects
• Project team management, including technical specialists, commentators and analysts
• Development and control of project schedules
• Interaction with tournament organizers, partners and contractors
• Risk management and problem solving
• Project Budgeting
• Control of the quality of broadcasts and compliance with technical requirements
• Project performance analysis and reporting
• Optimization of processes to improve the quality of broadcasts

Would be a plus:

• if you play CS2 and Dota2 or any other computer games 
• have experience working with live broadcasts
• has experience in organizing events
