We are currently looking for a highly qualified specialist for the position of "Project manager New Product Introduction»Responsibilities: Support of the existing quality management system (QMS) and its development in the direction of new production processes; Ensuring stable and high-quality production of the product; New product support at all stages of production; Creation of statistical and analytical data, regarding indicators (FTT/FPY (first-time pass), OBA (selection of control samples), Scrap (rejection), RTV (return to supplier); Risk-oriented approach to new product launch, assessment and prediction of risks; Coordination production and development departments in case of inconsistencies with the launch of a new product. Our main requirements: Technical education (electronics, radio electronics, instrument engineering will be an advantage) or education in the field of quality management systems; Have superficial knowledge in the field of production equipment and technological processes; Ability to collect and process information; Knowledge and ability to use the main tools of quality analysis; Creative thinking; Critical thinking; Google Document (mainly tables and presentations). It will be an advantage: Knowledge of the English language at an average or above average level; CSM; Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools; 1C at the minimum level and above.
