National Manufacturer of Modular and Frame-Fabric Houses https://arthaus-bud.ua/ we are selecting a project manager, preferably with the education of an architect (or designer) representative

Our candidate is a communicative car manager and willingness to travel to facilities in the Lviv region and further afield if necessary

Main tasks:

1. Management of the project from meeting the client in the office, jointly conducting the sale with the architect.

2. Organize logistics for the object of materials and people.

3. Reporting

Requirements:

1. Experience in sales.
2. Experience with frame or wood will be a big advantage houses.
3. Strong communicative communication skills.
4. Accurateness
5. Willingness to work for a result in a system of multi-vector tasks.
6. Good knowledge of technical standards and construction standards for project planning and selection of materials.
7. Design skills will be an advantage when working with interior repairs.
8. Experience in sales.
9. Own car and willingness to permanent departures/

Working conditions:

1. Rate from UAH 20,000 is discussed based on experience.
2. Bonus system with no upper bar limit. Total earnings from 30-35 thousand UAH
3. Schedule from 9-18:00, 5 days in the office.
4. Official registration.
5. Quick prospect of becoming a branch manager
