In Ukraine, we focus on sustainable reconstruction, transforming war-generated rubble into valuable resources, creating local jobs, and supporting the ecological and economic recovery of communities.

Role Purpose Manage on-site implementation of circular economy projects in the Dnipropetrovsk region, with primary focus on efficient processing and valorisation of mixed construction debris using mobile crushing and screening equipment.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall management of two key projects: DevelopPP and Optocycle
• Establishing and maintaining constructive relations with local communities, hromadas, and regional authorities
• Direct operation and daily management of small mobile crusher and screener
• Development and implementation of efficient technological solutions for processing and valorisation of mixed debris waste
• Monitoring project schedule, quality of works, and compliance with deadlines
• Preparation of technical reports and participation in project meetings
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks related to project implementation in challenging conditions

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Practical technical background (mechanical, construction, mining, processing equipment or related field) – mandatory
• Decent level of English (B1+), sufficient for technical communication, reporting and international meetings
• Ukrainian language – native/professional level
• Clean Ukrainian driving licence
• Right to live and work in Ukraine
• Readiness for frequent regional travel and occasional international trips
• Profile of war veteran or female candidate will be considered an advantage for international travel

Highly Desirable

• Practical experience or solid knowledge of crushing and screening processes (mobile equipment preferred)
• Previous experience in construction waste management, recycling, or circular economy projects
• Ability to work independently in field conditions with high level of self-organisation and problem-solving skills
