Requirements:

• Work experience from the 1st year in divisions:

1. development of products (related to the implementation of payment technologies for web and mobile applications);
2. technology and business analysis of mobile applications;
3. development of transaction/card business;
4. support of operations with payment instruments (not refers to maintenance of ATMs, POS terminals);
5. other units involved in the development, implementation, and support of payment technologies for web and mobile applications.

< li>Experience of successfully implementing projects related to payment technologies in online channels, mobile application development;
• Knowledge of the stages of project management;
• Possession of knowledge of the principles of operation of electronic commerce products (cards, acquiring , payment systems, etc.);
• Knowledge in the direction of developing new financial products, their implementation and support;
• Skills of coordinating and monitoring the work of the project team;
• Skills maintaining communication on the project at a high level;
• Skills in developing a project implementation plan and monitoring compliance with project task deadlines;
• Ability to develop concepts and ideas for new products;
• Ability to analyze and systematize large volumes of information for the preparation of reports, presentations;
• Ability to develop business requirements for the introduction of new financial products for online channels.

Basic tasks:

• Managing projects for the implementation of financial services in the mobile application and other sales channels;
• Managing the backlog of tasks and providing proposals for the formation of sprints for teams of designers and analysts and developers; 
• Interaction with design teams, analysts and developers in projects related to the implementation of products and features in the mobile application and other online channels;
• Participation in the development and agreement of business requirements to new products / software functionality;
• Interaction with design teams
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented projects;
• Preparation of analytical reports, presentations on projects;

• Conducting market analysis of payment, digital products and services;
• Interaction with structural divisions regarding the operation of services supported by management.
