MEGAVAST is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our project, ensuring its successful completion by coordinating team efforts, documenting progress, and maintaining project records.

MEGAVAST is a product development company that uses state-of-the-art technologies and innovative project management methods to build high-quality software with offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Israel, and Cyprus, collaborated with 40 Ukrainian specialists over the last 9 years.

The position is located in Kyiv, ensuring a full-time, on-site commitment for the first three months and hybrid schedule after probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope in alignment with objectives.
• Manage scope changes to prevent scope creep.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Support project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Use project management tools for schedule adherence.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Promote transparent communication channels.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in making informed decisions, especially in high-pressure situations, to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in the project management field or a similar administrative position.
• Technical background and understanding IT infrastructure, tools, and processes
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle conflicts.
• Enthusiasm for developing critical thinking skills within the team.
• English B1/B2
