Dok.ua is a Ukrainian food company with 10 years of experience, a large retail online store of auto parts and other related auto goods. We are growing, helping the Armed Forces, we believe in Ukraine and we want to develop a Ukrainian product with the best specialists. We are currently looking for a Project manager to manage internal company projects related to marketing activities. Our specialist should be a marketer and should not understand the intricacies of marketing. First of all, he should be a manager, whose main task will be the implementation of projects in a certain time and meeting deadlines. Areas of tasks: Management of internal marketing projects (ordering of branded products, printing, control of compliance with brand book standards). Building work with contractors on marketing activities and social networks (search, communications, setting and control of tasks). Communications with suppliers of services and goods (UkrPoshta, Nova Poshta, suppliers of goods). It is important for us: Your project management experience. Please note that the experience of managing only IT projects (as PM IT team) will not be completely relevant for you and us. Your ability to effectively build communications with both internal customers and contractor partners. Your ability to effectively balance multiple high-priority project tasks. Your ability to decompose large projects into subtasks. Your ability to assess your capabilities and take responsibility for the implementation of projects.
