Project manager (managerial training programs) in Metinvest

We have been a reliable and responsible partner and employer for more than 15 years. We are looking for a project manager for the company of the Group — Metinvest Business Service. What needs to be done: identify business needs in training for different categories of personnel; plan the annual training cycle for different categories of personnel; organize and monitor the implementation training programs; implement and record the implementation of the training plan, consolidate the training report for different categories of personnel; manage training projects, including the development of managerial training programs for different categories of personnel, conducting the process of selecting a contractor and purchasing corporate training services, managing the training program budget and the launch and implementation of the program on time; carry out quality control of implemented programs. Our expectations: the availability of higher education in one of the specialties: "Psychology", "Management", "Personnel Management"; experience in the design and implementation of complex training programs, evaluation of the effectiveness of training, conducting educational events (trainings), participating in the organization of intra-corporate events; knowledge of modern methods and concepts of personnel training and development, especially managerial and leadership training; knowledge and experience of cooperation with providers of corporate training services both in Ukraine and abroad; experience of working with training programs for veterans, soft-skills programs aimed at adaptation in wartime and providing psychological support; advanced user skills: MS Office, MS Project; command of business English at the upper-intermediate level.
