  • experience in the field of management, management, especially in the field of design and installation/construction works (welcome);
  • experience in the preparation of commercial (price) offers (calculation of direct and indirect costs of the project etc.);
  • ability to plan own time and the time of employees, to prioritize tasks (according to the main goal of the project);
  • ability to build communication with customers (potential customers) and contractors and resolve possible conflict situations;
  • business correspondence skills (in Ukrainian, English - welcome), literacy and logical construction of documents;
  • ability to work with electronic services: creating conferences (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams), moderating and coordinating participants during meetings, working with cloud storage (Google Disk, One Drive) and in CRM systems;
  • experience working with tender platforms and preparing documentation for participation.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with clients (potential clients), executors, contractors and administrative staff of the company;
  • Starting projects and managing them at all stages (preparation of commercial proposals, their discussion, conclusion of contracts, collection of initial data for executors, distribution of received data between executors, setting priorities, coordination of all project participants, monitoring of implementation works and assigned tasks, forming the results of the works for their transfer to the customers, closing the works with relevant documents, receiving feedback on customer satisfaction);
  • Controlling the signing and return of documentation (contracts, acts of completed works, other primary documents);
  • Monitoring of tenders for the company’s services/works and studying the requirements and preparing a package of documents for submission;
  • Entering information in the CRM (OneBox) for each project in the process its development and maintenance of up-to-date information;
  • Willingness to look at work "deeply", solve atypical situations, prepare comprehensive answers to questions that may arise in the process of project implementation, and justify decisions made, seek compromise solutions to resolve controversial issues;
  • Planning and participation in meetings, both internal within the company, and in working meetings held during the implementation of projects with the involvement of executors, customers, and other interested parties; 
  • Maintenance of the electronic project archive and its transfer to the clerk for archiving and stitching.
