Key tasks:
- Management of project activities of the direction (logistics)
- Analysis of the activity processes of the direction and implementation of optimization and automation systems to ensure the efficiency of logistics processes
Functional duties:
- Development and implementation of logistics projects
- Planning of work within the project, including management of the project team to achieve results
- Identification of risks/bottlenecks of processes, formation of proposals for improvement/improvement / automation
- Initiation of projects with the aim of automating routine work (increasing the efficiency of processes)
- Coordination, provision of analytical and communication support for automation projects
- Maintaining statuses of project tasks (Jira)
- Writing technical tasks (business requirements) for automation, cooperation with the IT department
- Execution control and organization of testing of developed solutions
- Organization of status meetings with the Team (process projects and automation projects)
- Responsibility for the system of internal controls
Expectations from candidates:
- Higher education (technical/economic)
- 2 years of work experience as a manager/project manager
- Work experience in large industrial/production companies (Logistics/Production/ IT)
- Experience of organization, description, analysis and optimization of business processes
- Experience of implementation of process automation projects
- Experience of managing cross-functional project teams
- Experience of implementing projects in the direction of logistics (will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMBOOK)
- Knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques
- Experienced user: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Jira
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, communication skills, initiative.
