Project manager (logistics) in Avrora, multimarket

Your key tasks:

- Full management of the life cycle of projects (initiation > plan > implementation > control > completion). 

- Creation of detailed plans, road maps and risk matrices. - Budget and resource management. 

- Regular communication with management, preparation of presentations and reports. 

- Ensuring compliance of project decisions with the company's strategic goals. 

- Support of operational teams during the period of change: adaptation of processes, training, implementation of SOP. 

- The candidate must be ready for business trips around Ukraine.
Requirements:

- Professional experience - 2+ years in project management in logistics, retail or FMCG. 

- Experience with warehouse processes (picking, receiving, sorting, inventory) will be an advantage. 

- Desirable: experience of participation in WMS/OMS projects or implementation of automated warehouses. 

- Ability to work with project planner boards, and the possibility of their moderation.

- Mastery of project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid. 

- Ability to work with business requirements, processes, diagrams and specifications. 

- Analytical approach, systemic thinking. 

- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills. 

- Stress resistance and the ability to manage several complex projects in parallel. 

- Understanding of WMS, ERP, WCS.

- Basic knowledge in warehouse automation (conveyors, sorters, scanners, accounting) will be an advantage. 

- Excel/Google Sheets at a confident level.
