Project manager (logistics) in NIBULON, TOV SP

The "NIBULON" company is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, which specializes in growing and exporting grain crops. In connection with the expansion of activities, we are looking for a Project Manager, direction - logistics

Responsibilities:

• Developing a project plan, setting success metrics and tracking task completion;
• Responsibility for meeting the schedule and resolving possible delays;
• Study of business needs and formation of product requirements;
• Taking these requirements into account during project planning and execution;
• Analysis of business problems and risks;

• Identification of problems, opportunities and risks;
• Development of problem-solving strategies;
• Development of business requirements and functional requirements;
• Definition of product requirements and development of documentation;
• Taking into account the requirements when planning and executing the project;
• Understanding the needs of various stakeholders and communicating with them in an understandable language;
• Ensuring mutual understanding and effective communication in projects.
  
  Requirements:-
• Higher education in the field;
• Experience as a Project Manager in the field of logistics or similar projects;
• Knowledge of processes logistics, including supply, warehousing and delivery both by own transport and carriers;
• Ability to work with stakeholders, identify their needs and resolve conflicts;
• Analytical skills and the ability to develop problem-solving strategies ;
• Willingness to take responsibility for the successful implementation of the project;
• Knowledge of business process analysis methods (for example, BPMN, UML);
• Ability to develop business requirements and functional requirements;
• Experience with data collection and analysis;
• Experience with IT-Enterprise is preferred;
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
