Project manager (localization and oral/written translations) in MK:translations

Hello! We continue to work and have great potential to attract more Western clients, so we are looking for another project manager to join the team. We are the leading Ukrainian localization provider company MK:translations, which provides localization services for computer and mobile games. mobile applications, software, SaaS products and audio/video content in 80 languages. Our translators are certified specialists and native speakers who live in different countries. Our regular clients: 1 + 1 TV company, Microsoft, Rakuten, Uber, PariMatch, Visa, Tickets.ua, Sherp, Eximbank, LABA, etc. We help companies enter the international market and make their product available to people who speak different languages. To do this, we organize the process, select appropriate professional tools (CAT, project management systems, etc.), form a team of translators and editors. These processes are managed by a translation project manager. Usually this is a pleasant person with a higher education in the humanities, who communicates freely and leads correspondence in English. She is polite, likes to help people, and is not afraid of responsibility. We are looking for just such a manager: either an already experienced specialist or a person who is ready to learn everything with our help. We have prepared a remote internship for 3 days (3-4 hours each) to introduce product and company. What needs to be done: - Select a team of performers from our database to successfully implement the project (for example, translation of a computer game, website, book...); - Distribute orders between performers and calculate deadlines, monitor the execution of TOR; we offer: - Payment on average UAH 16,000 (rate + CRI) - Remote work format with the possibility of working in a safe office in Kyiv, with a generator and shelter; - Bonuses for exceeding the plan; - All our courses and lectures are free, but we compensate and external training that will help to achieve a better result; - Corporate English classes and book clubs.; - Career growth from junior to senior or to the position of Team Lead, the opportunity to work in the direction of localization or translation; - Cool team and an atmosphere of support and mutual assistance; - The work schedule is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and one Saturday a month; Are you ready to develop the economy of Ukraine together with us?
