About us Production center SIL, in 3 years we have organized 20 large projects in online education with a total number of graduates of more than 8,000. We work in various niches: business education, commodity business, crypt, Instagram professions. Now we are looking for a Project manager to our team and our online learning projects with bloggers and experts. Tasks: Project management of launching and implementing an online course: planning tasks and deadlines, assigning and setting tasks to the team, working with contractors Systematization of processes in the project (templates, process maps, instructions, TK) Decomposition of tasks into small ones, setting deadlines, distribution of tasks among the team, control of task execution within deadlines Holding zoom meetings Controlling the quality of task execution Maintaining a table of project tasks Preparation of weekly reports on the project Formation of TK for contractors (designer, copywriter, technical specialist) Selection of new contractors if necessary Internal communication teams, building mutual exchange and understanding of each project's goals and objectivesKeeping focus on several tasksControlling tasks, deadlines and quality of work of contractorsCommunicating with speakers/experts to provide the necessary materials that are needed for the productRequirements and skills: Experience working in the position of PMExperience in online training, services, IT.Understanding processes and roles in educational projects.Practical project management skills, tasks and people.
