About us SIL Production Center, in 3 years we have organized 20 large online education projects with a total number of more than 8,000 graduates. We work in various niches: business education, commodity business, crypt, Instagram professions. Now we are looking for a Project manager for our team and our projects online training with bloggers and experts. Tasks: Project management of launching and implementing an online course: planning tasks and deadlines, assigning and assigning tasks to the team, working with contractors Systematization of processes in the project (templates, process maps, instructions, technical specifications) Decomposition of tasks into small tasks, setting deadlines, distribution of tasks among the team, control of task execution within deadlines Holding zoom meetings Controlling the quality of task execution Maintaining a table of project tasks Preparation of weekly project reports Formation of technical specifications for contractors (designer, copywriter, technical specialist) Selection of new contractors if necessary Communication within the team, building mutual exchange and understanding of each project's goals and objectives Keep focus on several tasksControl of tasks, deadlines and quality of work of contractorsCommunication with speakers/experts regarding the provision of necessary materials that are needed for the productRequirements and skills: Experience of working in a PM positionExperience in online training, services, ITUnderstanding processes and roles in educational projectsPractical skills of project management, tasks and peopleSystematics, responsibility, Clarity High organization The ability to keep focus on many tasks at the same time Completed off-campus training will be a significant advantage What we offer: Project employment or full-time employment, remote work Fixed rate per project.
