Project Manager (Kyivstar TV) in 1+1 media

Kyivstar TV is a joint project of 1+1 Media and Kyivstar, founded on December 11, 2019. It is a film and television platform that provides users with access to hundreds of thousands of hours of Ukrainian and international content, live programs and regularly offers exclusive projects for viewing.

The platform has more than 410 TV channels and a VOD library of 20,000 films, series, cartoons and shows. Its advantage is the ability to connect up to 5 personalized profiles on different devices: smartphone, tablet, laptop, Smart TV or TV tuner. The multi-profile function allows you to easily switch between an adult and a child profile.

Kyivstar TV is available for all mobile operators in Ukraine and all Internet providers.

Kyivstar TV invitesIT Project Manager to ensure the development of projects and support work processes in the company.

We are for you if you:

• have similar work experience of 3 years or more;

• know the main stages of the SDLC;

• can effectively use available resources in order to achieve the set tasks within the allotted time (in particular, using a Gantt chart to display project progress);

• you understand how to draw up and maintain a detailed work plan, taking into account risks, dependencies and deadlines, create RACI matrices;

• you know how to work with priorities: identification/coordination, communication, planning;

• you have knowledge and experience using the Scrum methodology (and other Agile methodologies);

• you have practical knowledge of software tools — Jira (advanced), Confluence;

• understand Gitflow and other principles and approaches in branching;

• have a high level of organization, leadership qualities and proactivity;

• have experience and developed skills in multitasking;

• able to think systematically: quickly navigate priorities, understand business context of tasks and find optimal ways to implement/solve the issue;

• able to quickly change the context and conduct several projects in parallel;

• self-motivated and able to motivate others;

• able to cope with stressful situations.

Will be an advantage:

• own technical experience (engineering, programming, system analysis, testing) and microservice architecture;

• experience of working with AWS (cloud infrastructure);

• experience of building continuous integration / continuous delivery / continuous deployment processes.

Together with the team, you will:

• communicate with customers and form a backlog of implementation tasks;

• build a project plan and monitor its implementation;

• plan and manage the resources of development teams, coordinate their work and communicate with stakeholders;

• monitor the timeliness of execution tasks;

• conduct and monitor compliance with the Scrum ceremony by development teams;

• prepare information and reporting to customers and management regarding the current development process;

• solve operational issues, ensure a positive microclimate for the most effective team work.
