Knowledge of modern "premium class" building materials and their norms. Knowledge of modern technical processes of repair and construction works. Ability to read drawings correctly. Experience in management and control of more than 10 objects at the same time. English - Advanced. Main tasks: Discussion of project priorities and statuses with owners. Project planning, formation and approval of the project team .Starting the project, receiving and processing input information on the project.Tracking the state and status of projects, the progress of tasks (architecture, design and equipment).Control of compliance with contractual and actual terms.Coordination of team work: drawing up a schedule responsible for each task, communication with employees for all changes in the projects. Resolving all administrative issues regarding the project between the architect, assembler and contractor. Forming a list of what needs to be done from the start to the final handover of the object to the client and control of the execution of tasks in the process (architect / assembler / contractor). Distribution tasks between designers for the execution of 3D. Control of the compilation of the act of completed works with 3D for the client to sign. Status report after each project meeting for all participants. Participation in the drafting of a commercial proposal regarding terms and stages.
