Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the regional service plan and its coordination with senior management;
• Communication with the customer's team and ensuring customer satisfaction in the region;
• Implementation of the approved plan;
• Setting tasks to the regional project team and control over their implementation.
• Communication with subcontractors. Coordinating subcontractors and implementing the subcontractor integration implementation plan;
• Preparing and submitting daily progress reports to senior management;
• Focusing on safety and quality, ensuring compliance by all employees and subcontractors with established standards and reporting to the manager of quality and labor and environmental protection;
• Definition and implementation of internal and external meetings and meetings at the regional level, as well as the reporting structure;
• Preparation and update of risk analysis for site deployment in the project;
• Managing the acceptance of objects;
• Conducting an internal control audit;
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Basic knowledge of construction and installation standards (for telecommunications equipment);
• Frequent business trips required;
• Organize the review of tender proposals, coordinate joint review with the Regional Office or headquarters;
• Deal with internal control issues: CT, SACA, internal compliance audit;
• Handle the C&SI revenue trigger and Roma B2B revenue trigger;
• Responsible for the selection of supporting documents for the Ukrainian office revenue trigger;
• Good skills in working with Microsoft family software and in English are a must ;

LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Project manager (junior) to join our business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Regional Delivery Plan and confirming with Senior Management
• Communicate with customer team and ensure customer satisfaction in region
• Executing confirmed Plan
• Assigning tasks to Regional Project team, follow execution of the tasks.
• Communicate with subcontractor RPMs. Coordinate subcontractors and applying of integration rollout plan by subcontractors.
• Preparing and submitting daily progress reports to upper management
• Focusing on safety and quality, ensuring that all employees and subcontractors follow set standards and reporting to Quality and EHS Manager
• Definition and implementation of internal and external roll-out and regional level meetings and reporting structure
• Prepare and update risk analysis for Site Deployment in project
• Site Acceptance Management;
• Internal control audit handling;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Basic knowledge of construction and installation standards (for telecom equipment)
• Frequent business trips required.
• Act as PDRT secretary, arrange project biddings review, coordinate joint review with Regio or HQ;
• Handle internal control part of PMO: CT, SACA, internal compliance audits;
• Handle C&SI revenue trigger and Roma B2B revenue trigger;
• Be responsible for Ukraine office revenue trigger supporting documents sampling;
• Good skills of Microsoft family and  English are mandatory;
