You are used to managing 5-7 IT projects at the same time and keeping them under control from requirements gathering to production release. You are fluent in English (B2+) and can confidently handle customer calls from the US and the EU. You are satisfied with clearly written specifications and always fix agreements in writing.

We are looking for a Project Manager who does not just coordinate tasks, but is responsible for the result: deadlines, agreed functionality, a satisfied client. You will have to work on several projects in parallel, analyze complex requests, structure them in TOR and manage a team of 12+ people without chaos.

This is a role for a systematic and proactive person who likes order, thinks in business categories and is able to build processes, not put out fires. If you have real projects that you are proud of, send your resume and a brief description of your achievements.
