Project Manager IT (tourism) in Travel Professional Group, TOV

Travel Professional Group is a company with many years of experience in the field of tourism and travel. We specialize in providing services to travel agencies and organizing trips for private clients. We are currently looking for a junior project manager who will help us develop our services and provide high quality service to our clients.

Tasks:

1. User support (internal managers):

• Reception, analysis and processing of appeals from portal users;

• Consulting on the functionality of the system;

Prompt resolution of typical problems;

• Formalization of requested changes and new requirements from managers;

• Compilation of technical tasks (in the format of Jira, Trello, Notion and other);
• Participation in task prioritization (setting tasks for executors, clear description of tasks, monitoring terms and statuses performance).

3. Testing of revisions:

• Initial testing of functionality before transfer to users (acceptance testing);
• Verification of bugfixes at the request of managers;
• Collection of feedback and organization of additional iterations as needed;

4. Training of users:

• Conducting briefings, demonstrations and training sessions (online/offline);
• Preparation of instructions, guidelines and documentation for working with the portal; 
• Update of materials in case of changes in functionality.

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience of Project Manager/Product Owner/Business Analyst from 1-2 years;
• Basic understanding of web development (frontend and backend), the basics of PHP, SQL - for high-quality formulation of tasks and testing of results;
• Experience of writing technical tasks and user story;
• Experience with project management tools Jira, Asana, Trello or similar;
• Ability to communicate with the technical team (developers, testers) and non-technical users (managers);
• Understanding the product/change life cycle (change request - dev - test - release - support).

Desired skills:

• Experience in testing web portals (manual testing); 
• User support experience ( Help Desk/Customer Success );
• Mentoring experience (managing a team of junior PM specialists);
• Skills in creating training materialsials or internal knowledge bases (Notion, Confluence, etc.);
• Speed of thinking, ability to take responsibility for the result;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian, English at a level sufficient for business communication;
• Experience using 1C.
