Functional responsibilities:

— Identifying the need and researching solutions.
—Writing basic business logic and assistance in writing TOR.
—Prioritization of projects between customers.
—Effective sprint planning with the team and tracking of business metrics affected by development.
—Development tracking.
- Performing basic manual testing before handing over to the customer.
—Demonstration of intermediate results.
—Writing user documentation.
—Gathering customer feedback to optimize products.
—Monitoring service payments.
- Holding 1-2-1 meetings with the team.
— Development of employees in the team on soft-skills.
—Exploring new services, approaches and tools.
—Conducting interviews when hiring people to the team and onboarding new employees.

Requirements:

- Experience working in a performance marketing team/agency.
— Work experience in the position of Project manager from 3+ years.
— Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage projects of varying complexity to achieve KPIs.
—High level of communication and communication skills with various stakeholders.
—Experience in managing a PHP and Python development team or Unity, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift (basic technology knowledge).
—Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
—Experience with CRM, kanban system at a high level.
- Results-oriented and high responsibility.
—Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
