Functional responsibilities:

- Identification of needs and research solutions.
- Writing basic business logic and help in writing TOR. 
- Prioritization of projects between customers. 
- Effective sprint planning with the team and tracking business metrics affected by development. 
- Tracking the development process. 
- Carrying out basic manual testing before handing over to the customer. 
- Demonstration of intermediate results. 
- Writing documentation for users. 
- Collection of feedback from the customer for product optimization. 
- Monitoring of service payments. 
- Holding 1-2-1 meetings with the team. 
- Development of employees in the soft-skills team. 
- Learning new services, approaches and tools. 
- Conducting interviews when hiring people to the team and onboarding new employees.

Requirements:

- Work experience in a performance marketing team/agency.

- Work experience in the position of Project manager from 3+ years.

- Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage projects of varying complexity in order to achieve KPIs.

- High level of communication and communication skills with various stakeholders.

- Experience in managing a PHP and Python development team or Unity, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift (basic technology knowledge).

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
