Initiation of projects, including approval budget, initiating the procurement process and supporting the signing of contracts. Manage activities related to the implementation of projects: activity planning, schedule development, risk and problem management, progress monitoring and reporting, coordination and control of the work of third-party suppliers/developers until the completion of projects.
