So today we are looking for a Project manager. Who are you, our new colleague? You have team management skills, understanding and use of Agile project management methods, experience in gathering and formalizing business requirements, you can prioritize tasks and build a work plan according to priorities, you have knowledge of the basics of effective communication and the ability to apply them in practice, ready to react constructively to problems and find ways to solve them, have experience working with Jira/Confluence or similar, ready to work in the office. What will you work on? will you manage relationships with cross-teams (IT/business/e-com/marketing, etc.) formulation and definition of requirements, you will manage the team within the framework of the project. You will control the distribution and execution of tasks in the team, you will draw up a project plan and agree on its main stages, you will monitor the implementation of the plan, compliance with deadlines and updates, you will organize and hold team meetings, you will work on continuous improvement of processes together with the team.
