Project Manager (IT) in DiFFreight LLC

?DiFFreight is an international logistics company specializing in transportation in the directions China - Ukraine, Ukraine - USA, Ukraine - Europe. We are actively developing our own IT products for the automation of logistics processes, transportation management and interaction with customers.

In connection with the expansion of the IT department, we are looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate the work of the development team and help create effective digital solutions for the logistics business.?

Main responsibilities

• Planning and management of the company's IT projects.
• Coordinating the work of the team: Front-end, Back-end, QA, UI/UX designers.
• Formation of roadmap, backlog and setting of tasks in the project management system.
• Control of deadlines for tasks and the quality of the result.
• Organization of daily meetings, planning, demos and retrospectives.
• Communication between the business department and by the IT team.
• Risk management and prompt resolution of problematic issues.
• Participation in the development of the company's internal IT products.

Requirements for the candidate

• Work experience Project Manager / IT Project Manager from 1-2 years.
• Understanding software development processes (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
• Experience with task management systems (Jira, Youtrack, Trello or analogues).
• planning, prioritization and deadline management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of the web development cycle
