Project Manager (IT) in UEB, TOV

About the role:

We are looking for a project manager who will become a key figure in the launch of a new product: from formalizing processes and building a team to successfully delivering the solution to users.

Key responsibilities and competencies:

• Planning sprints, prioritizing tasks and ensuring their timely completion according to established deadlines.
• Managing expectationsby leveling differences in perception of the final product through the implementation of requirements reconciliation processes.
• Controlling the execution of tasks and project progress, monitoring the status of tasks, identifying risks and ensuring the timely removal of obstacles to achieving project goals.
• Organizing and conducting daily meetings, planning and retrospective sessions to support transparent communication and high productivity of the team.
• Regularly informing the customer about the progress of project implementation,preparing reports, analytical status reports, facilitating communication with stakeholders
• Identifying and eliminating "bottlenecks" places"in the work of the team by analyzing processes, optimizing work flows and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and quality of the result.
• Collection, analysis and formalization of product requirements in cooperation with business analysts or independent work on defining and documenting such requirements.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ yearsof experience as a project manager or in a related role in IT projects, with the practice of managing a development team of 10 or more people and a full product delivery cycle.
• Has a deep understanding and practical experience of working with methodologies Agile and Waterfall.
• Well versed in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Able to compose, maintain and structure technical documentation.
• Has experience in setting tasks for teams in the format of User Stories, Tasks, Epics and is proficient in Jira and process visualization tools.
• Has skills in resource management, risk assessmentand timeline control.
• Punderstands the key performance metrics of the team and knows how to work with KPI.
• Has strong communication skills: able to motivate the team, resolve conflicts and build transparent rules of interaction.
• Works in the continuous improvement modeand also results-oriented and successful product delivery.
• Has an analytical mindset, has the ability to quickly find the most optimal solutions and take responsibility for their implementation.
• Speaks English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
