Project Manager IT in Logika, TOV, Konstruktorske byuro

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be able to coordinate projects to create simulators — from gathering requirements to delivering the finished product to the customer. He is a person who knows how to structure and plan resources, meet deadlines, control quality and build communication between teams, contractors and customers. Full-time employment in the office, Kyiv.

Necessary skills:

• Experience in managing technical projects of 2 years or more (engineering, software development, hardware systems); 
• Ability to conduct a documented management process: graphs, dashboards, checklists, protocols; 
• Practical knowledge of the project cycle;
• Confident skills in working with Microsoft Planner/Teams/SharePoint/GitLab; 
• Communication maturity, responsibility, resistance to stress; 
• Management of timelines, control of tasks, planning of stages. 

Responsibilities:

• Simultaneous management of several projects for the development of hardware and software complexes (training simulators, simulators); 
• Working with internal teams: developers, engineers, POs, technical writers; 
• Control of fulfillment of requirements; 
• Participation in the preparation of presentations, schedules, technical documentation for transfer; 
• Communication with customers (state structures, educational institutions, military units); 
• Formation of reporting, risk management, escalation of problems;
• Conducting regular meetings.

Desirable: 

• Experience in projects with government orders, in mil-tech/hardware/defense; 
• Understanding the principles of operation of the hardware part; 
• English is at the level of reading technical documentation.
