Project Manager (IT) in IWIS

What will you do? Now I will tell:

- Collect requirements for tasks, prepare technical tasks and maintain project documentation;< /p>

- Break features into tasks, prioritize them and manage the progress of tasks;

Ensure quality communication within the team;" : none">- Monitor and analyze the speed and efficiency of the development team, and their performance according to the deadlines;

- Coordinate and evaluate the scope of work of the development team;

- Plan releases to achieve project goals;

- Support of a positive climate in project teams.

You will need the following skills and experience:

- 2+ years of work experience in an IT company or startup as a Project Manager;

- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, XP);

- Knowledge of the principles of web and mobile development;

- Knowledge of assessment methods using relative indicators (story points);

- Experience with JIRA;

- Ability to read and understand the specification of software requirements (epics, user stories, gherkin scripts);

- High level of communication skills, friendliness towards clients and colleagues.
