Project manager (international, tender activity) in Tensore

We are looking for a Project Manager (international, tender activity) who knows how to build trust, quickly navigates the needs of the military and is ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Our candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience managing R&D projects or engineering teams (miltech, UAV, UGV, robotics, aerospace, mechatronics - will be an advantage)
• understanding of embedded systems, electronics, mechanics, sensors and system integration
• experience working with the development life cycle of a complex hardware+software product
• ability to manage priorities, risks, budgets, deadlines
• experience with Jira/Confluence, Git, technical documentation management
• strong organizational and communication skills. English -Upper-Intermediate+.

What to study:

Strategic and technical leadership

• forming and conducting the R&D roadmap

• full product cycle: idea > prototype > pre-series > integration

• making key technical decisions (HW, SW, embedded, mechanics, system design)

and processes

• building and developing a multidisciplinary R&D team

• setting goals, KPIs, managing priorities and areas of responsibility

• organizing R&D processes: planning, reviews, risks, documentation

• implementation tools Jira / Confluence / Git, transparent reporting

• synchronization of R&D work with production, QA, procurement.

Cross-functional interaction

• translation of system requirements into clear technical tasks

• work with production: pre-production tests

• interaction with suppliers, laboratories, R&D partners.
