Project manager (interior design) in LeQB Architects

LeQB Architects is a team of professionals engaged in interior design and architecture since 2013. During this time, we have successfully implemented more than 300 projects in different countries. Our activities cover Ukraine, Latvia, England, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia and other countries of the Middle East. We specialize in a variety of projects, from restaurants to residences and high-rise buildings.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced project- manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing design and architectural projects.

What will be included in your responsibilities:

• Project management from concept to completion.
• Control of the budget and project deadlines.
• Management of a team of designers and architects.
• Interaction with clients in correspondence, calls and determination of their needs.
• Management documentation and reporting.

Our requirements:

• From 2 years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience in a design or architectural office will be an advantage.
• Fluent C1 level of English.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with customers.
• Excellent communication skills skills.
• High organization
